Professor Sanjay Chaudhary is a Professor and an Associate Dean at School of Engineering and Applied Science, Ahmedabad University. He was a Dean of Students of Ahmedabad University from 2020 to 2022. From 2001 to 2013, he was a Professor as well as Dean (Academic Programs) at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT), Gandhinagar, India. His research areas are Cloud Computing, Blockchain Technology, Data Analytics, and ICT Applications in Agriculture and Rural Development. He has authored eight books and nine book chapters. He has published more than one hundred and fifty research papers in international conferences, workshops and journals. He is an active member of program committees of leading International conferences and workshops as well as review committees of leading journals. Chaudhary joined Gujarat University’s Department of Computer Science in 1987 and continued there till 2001. From 2001 to 2013, he worked at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT), Gandhinagar as a professor and as a dean of Academic Programs. Sanjay was one of the founding faculty members of DA-IICT. In 2013, he joined Ahmedabad University as a professor, and worked there as Associate Dean of School of Engineering and Applied Science (2016\u20132019). As of 2020, he is the interim dean of School of Engineering and Applied Science.<\/p>

He writes a weekly column titled Technology Ne Tirethi (English: On the Banks of Technology) in NavGujarat Samay, a Gujarati daily. The column is based on Information Technology.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
